Santa is ... uhh how do I say this.... "A friend of ours"
I mean I dont know anything about La cosa nostra, as far as I know all that crap stayed in the old country, but Santa is, lets just say... "well connected"

Because when the tinsel was sliding off the tree, the milk and cookies became stale and santa had indigestion which caused his reindeer to go on strike. The house exploding thing... not too sure.
