A restaurant that sells genuine Mexican food. No U-shaped hard taco shells, no "enchiritos",no sour cream (fresh cream) no yellow cheese, sauce from fresh ingredients, no ground beef unless it's picadillo. And no tequila on the rocks or with salt on the rim and if served with a slice of citrus it had better be lime and not lemon. Better come to Mexico if you want real Mexican food.

The best Mexican restaurant is in Azle, TX (about 45 minutes west of Fort Worth). It is called El Paseo's. You have to get the queso and chips. They have the best queso and the greatest chicken quesadillas! Actually everything is great, even the full bar!!
