it's a whole building, we are aabout 9 persons, it's dsl 512kb/s, the net speed on my computeer suck, i can't even brows by internet explorer, how can i control this speed issue, it's like take the speed from the other computers n use it @ my computer, goti itttttt?!, i saaw a program like that once

The only way I could see it being feesible is to use a managed switch and control how much bandwidth a specific computer can use.

You might be able to setup some sort of proxy server that has band width control then direct all clients to go through that proxy and give yours the most bandwidth.

Sorry, that's done at the gateway, not on an individual PC. There's no way that you can do that from your PC.
