get up at 5 am and start doing your thing such as jogging it works trust me i lost 10lbs already

It's the age old question and I have an age old answer. There is only one sure way to lose weight safely. Cut the calories and get some excercise. This is probably not what you wanted to hear but there isn't any magic solution. Diet pills sometimes will work on the short term but can be dangerous. Watch your carbs, eat low carb, low calorie foods (check a glycemic index) and get some form of excercise that you like and do it everyday. You didn't put on weight fast and you won't take it off fast but you will lose weight. Take a good vitamin/mineral supplement as well.
You can lose a few pounds by fasting, but be sure to check with your physician first so that you do it right.

I'm going to pray for you because NO ONE needs to be anorexic! Your hurting not only your mind but your body. Anorexia is an ILLNESS that many people suffer from and once in, they don't know how to get out of it. You need to rethink all of this. When you start to get overwhelmed by "feeling fat," push beyond the anxiety and ask yourself what you are really afraid of. Then take steps to deal with the threat, if it is real, or dismiss it if it is not real.
Check this site out and consider yourself lucky that your not there YET and don't get into that. Be thankful for who you are and that your healthy! Work on your self-esteem. That is what is beautiful, not skin and bones. READ THIS:

try zhen de shou capsules, iv used them for a week and ive lost 2kg, yep! honest! i didnt have the huge appetite like before but i didnt feel dizzy the whole day. the capsule claims that there wont be any side effects but i didnt their word for it, sometimes i felt tremors. maybe it because i didint eat enough for the day. this will also dry your mouth, so to prevent having a foul smelling mouth, i recommend drinking lots of fluid.. but if u have a serious ailment, such as hear disease, i dont think this will be good for ya. u might experience palpitations, ectc. anyway, hope iv helped u, tata!

exercises sans kit: Pilates, walking, working, etc ... or you could flow out back and dig a flower mattress? ingredients to stay away from: something with extra sugar, something that has a cellophane wrapper, meat ingredients to consume: something with total grains, uncooked culmination and veg, something with somewhat some Fiber. Drink water.

Five foot five and one hundred and thirty pounds does not sound fat to me. But be careful what you wish for, you just might get it. People all over the world die from being anorexic every day. I will pray for you.

wow that's big honey.
anyz my sis was 170 and she was only 15 and she tries lemon and honey warmed it up and darnk it twic a day for 7 months and she also tried not to eat so much during that time period.

you do not wanna be aneorexic it a serious health issue and being fat is no fun either but really you should consider excercising as another alternative,Instead of constantly throwing up your food.
