forever 21, zara, umm department stores like macys and other since sometimes they have pretty good dresses in there too. Plus you can try formal wear shops. There is also banana republic for formal and the store white house and black market. and i mean its a really good store and only sells like white and black clothes so yea their website is www.whiteandblack.com and bunch other more not really that hard to find them good luck
