I would give up tasting, because I could never taste without being able to smell.

uhm, well if you lose your smell you also lose your sense of taste.. so Id probably say taste.
I wouldn't want to take the two for one of giving up smell. So i would say taste. Unless if goes both ways? Do you lose your sense of smell if you can't taste?

Tasting for sure!! Scent is enough to make my mouth water, and it is also the biggest evoker of memory we have. I am not a big fan of having to eat all the time anyways. (BUT... if a thing tastes too good, I tend to overeat, which is not good.)
I NEVER overlook, overhear, oversmell, or overbalance!!
So, away with the taste buds!!
If it smells good, I'll eat, and Only till full!!

Taste, I'm a bit of a fattie, so not being able to taste the delights the world has on offer might stop me being such a chubber
