Total Quality Management, it refers to a style of management in a manufacturing environment that focuses on doing the job right the first time, by empowering the employees of the organization to speak up with innovative ideas, and letting everyone at the organization have a say so in the process, and process improvement which is continuous. It benefits any organization because quality sells itself. Look at how well Chrysler has done since revamping the quality aspect of it's automobiles.
