yup..go to computer management, disk management, then select : "assign drive letter"- for each. This happens all the time with multiple drives.

Is it formatted?
Check the type of file system in disk management. If the file system is unknown, format in FAT32. It will show up in My computer now. These steps are to be done only if the disk is new & no data in it.

Try this program and should help. You also might want to create a desktop shortcut to the hard drive. You should always be able to access it under Windows Explorer> my computer.

If it was configured on another PC, you may need to import it. Hit Start-Run and type in "diskmgmt.msc" and hit enter. See if it's listed in there as a "foreign disk". If so, you just need to import it. Nothing will change on the drive, it just makes it so that PC will recognise it.
