The can has an angeled tube in it that is opposite the red mark in the bottom of the can It will still work for a time but as you get closer to the end of the product it will not fully empty the contents The only loss is the money you waisted on that portion of the product left in the can as spraying the can with out it being on the mark releases the propellant and not product and you wll be left with product and no propellent to get it out of the can

Now thats a good question 111NOTHING ,NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENS..... I know cause when they first came out with that I could not get my can of spray paint to spray , I was so mad I wasted a whole dollar on that can of paint ,but when the kids came in from school .they painted the dinningroom wall .after I blew my cork Iasked how did you get the can to work , my oldest told me .GOD LOVES A CHILDS HEART

the spray won't flow, this is the outlet for the product to come out

in a medicane bottle? if so, the bottle is easier to open and no longer child proof.
