does the nintendo 64 come with a jumppack in the top? can it run without out anything in the memory expansion compartment?

the system didn't originally come with the memory expansion, it came with a cover over that place where the expansion goes
many games could be played without it, but some games required it - look at the description of the games in question to see if they can run without the memory expansion

Rumble pak was on bottom and you don't need that memory card unless you wanted to save
