There is a very know phone card named TCC Caribbean, high quality and reliable, you can purchase this calling card from http://www.zscomm.com
It is hard to chose a card for Jamaica, but for cell phones even harder, not all cards offer good connection, but TCC Caribbean phone card is the best so far I have tried.

See Jamaica page http://www.primevote.com/callingcards/jamaica.htm for calling cards. I suggest considering dialaround as it may be a better choice if you are calling from phone sets you own (no need for a password). I recommend tel3 - http://www.tel3com.com/

It depends what phone you are calling.IF you are calling a housphone in Jamaica I suggest you use your housephones. There are calling cards that you can buy and use on your housephone to call there cause that is what I do.If you are calling a cellphone in Jamiaca I would suggest you call from your cellphone cause you will get more minutes.
