By factual I mean supported by observable evidence viewable by all.. If there is no such evidence in your opinion then give observable evidence that disproves it. The Bible story of creation is here considered just another story book and is not considered observable evidence.

There is only one serious evolutionary scientist who believes in a God directed creation. The rest of the scientists do not see a need for a supernatural Deity because DNA by itself is perfectly capable of operating on its own, so to speak, and has done so since the beginning of life on Earth.
Dr. James Crick and Dr. Edward O. Wilson are two scientists who don't see a need for a supernatural Deity operating within DNA.

Every fossil, every observation in biology points to evolution. There is nothing that goes against it or points to a different way to scientifically explain modern diversity. There is not one fossil or one piece of DNA that does NOT point to evolution. It would be hard NOT to see the concrete evidence, and only those blinded by faith can do this.

Evolution is 100% world-wide accepted fact, including the evolution of man.

There is ZERO evidence for a higher being causing anything. This is why people who are religious need faith, you can't see or study the actions of a deity, by definition. Evolution has ZERO faith and ALL evidence.

Scientists (real ones) have been studying and supporting evolution for over 150 years, and still nothing has pointed to creationism. There is clear links and transitional forms between everything in the fossil record to the Class-Family level, if not Genus-Species level. And this includes humans, which there are several 'missing links' which are well described and studied, people just choose to ignore this. Sure, there are still things we don't know, but that's why science is not stagnent and dead. We learn more every day, that's what happens when you keep an open mind and follow the scientific method.

There are some areas of evolution in which all of the pieces have not been found in the fossil record, but there is no counter theory that has even ONE piece of evidence that can not easily be explained by evolution.

Let me turn the question around, if Creationism was correct and science could definitively prove Creationism (and thus the existence of God), why would they not? That would be the greatest scientific discovery in the history of the world. No one would pass that up to maintain the 'status quo'. There is no conspiracy to hide creation evidence. Anyone who knows real scientists knows they are glory-mongers first. They love to prove others wrong to enhance their own standing. And if any scientist could prove Creation/God, it would've been done a long time ago.

Go to a museum, take a class in biology, go to reputable sites on the Internet (like AAAS: http://www.aaas.org/news/press_room/evolution or http://www.talkorigins.org ) and find out for yourself.

Mutation is a demonstrated fact. Natural selection is a demonstrated fact. Evolution is the logical consequence of these.

Only time comes in as a question after that, is there enough time for the changes mentioned to occur.

Other branches of science, having little or nothing to do with biology or evolution support a very old earth and an extremely old universe.

If the theory (not that it meets the scientific criteria of a theory) of creationism were true, and the universe were less than 10,000 years old, then we would not be able to see but one tenth of the galaxy, we certainly wouldn't see most of the visible universe we see now, because the light from them wouldn't have had time to get here.

In terms of evidence supporting evolution, only those who have an extreme bias for a religiously supported answers refuse to accept the vast mountains of evidence, assuming they've studied much biology.

The Theory of Creation and Theory of Evolution are two different things. By the theory of evolution, one means the evolution of the species. There is evidence of evolution, such as a useless appendix (which was thought to digest starch in earlier humans), natural selection (such as extinction of the other human race- Homo neanderthalensis), and DNA similarities, especially between primates, such as monkeys with humans.

The Theory of Evolution started as a guess based on the analysis of documented and repeatable observations. Much of science (and fiction) hinges on evolution. Many scientists have no doubt that the Theory of Evolution is really a Natural Law. As a matter of fact, mutation is proven at the genetic level and that this mutation may have phenotypic presentations, to the advantage or otherwise of the mutated organism.

Originally evolution was just a theory, thought of by a man named Darwin. He based his theory on an observation he made of seagulls on different islands that he was visiting. Later scientists continued to research his theory by looking at dinosaur fossils. Eventually they came across archeopteryx. It was basically a cross between a bird and a reptile, which helps show that birds and other animals evolved from reptiles. That is a major link in the chain of evolution. There are other examples in fossils, but archeopteryx is one of the most important. If you want to learn more check out

Pesticide use in insects in the 50's. Insects would become resistant and new pesticides were used. It shows the course of natural selection. However in many species evolution is a slow process that takes a long time. Darwin's finches is another example you could look up too.

It's yes and no. Some people, generally religious, don't believe in evolution. I personally believe in evolution and want to know why others don't. I say use the wikipedia or something. Here you will probably only get biased answers.

No theory has more supporting evidence than evolution. Anyone can dig for fossils. Anyone can look at an ecosystem. Anyone can look up gene sequences online.

You know I can not come up with any factual disproof of evolution, as simple evolution is fact. Just as I can not come up with one piece of evidence supporting creationism.
