If you have other plants keep it away from them if they aren't allready infested. Then mix dish detergent and vinegar and water in a bottle and spray the plant all over even underneath the leaves. Leave it on for a while than rinse well with plain water and let it run through the por to get the soap and vinegar out of the soil. Then take a cloth or paper towel and dry the plant leaves. You can do this several times in the next month and see if it helps. If not you may have to buy a pesticide from Lowes. good luck.

Mights hate Nicotine.. Take about 10 to 20 cigarette butts soak them in a quart of water for 1 day than spray the leaf bottoms and tops using a hand sprayer it will kill the Mites within hours.

I agree with Miss Mary. However, when I had mites, I did this treatment in my bath tub. It was easier. If you have other plants in the house, I'd strongly suggest that you check them too. When my plant had mites, they spread to all of my other plants. It was a mess. I ended up pitching several plants because they were too badly infested. Good Luck!

rub the plant with a mild solution of dish soap and water, rinse and do again until you do not see any more mites.

Or go on line and see what sort of spray you can use because the mite's eggs may be in the soil
