the new playstation 3 game. people getting shot. what do u think of this? Is it really worth it. like is the game that good or fun.?

No, and if they wait a year, they can get it for less than $200. Right now people are spending $4,000 for these things on eBay. It's ridiculous. I love video games, but I'm perfectly happy holding onto my Playstation 2 until I can afford to buy something different!

To me it seems very extreme. They should do something so people don't go to such extreme measures just for a gaming system. I mean, the system is for entertainment, not for people to get injured, or even hurt. Also, I don't think it's so good it's getting shot over. They just make it look extremely satisfying. But, it doesn't look that appealing to me. But, the graphics are supposed to be good. In my opinion the Wii is the way to go. It costs less, it seems like it has phenomenal graphics, good games, a new and cool controller and way to play, and much more. So, no I don't think the PS3 is worth everything that has happened, it's especially not worth all of the tragic events.

It seems every year the companies take turns bringing out a new system. And every year the first batch always seems so small in number that we feel they are being cruel. AND Every YEAR There is a BUG in the first batch. This year its PS3. And this year.... I'm getting the 360. Because the bug is fixed, and since there's something out there that's newer, the price of the 360 will be going down to stay competitive.

Yep, it's really crazy, but just hold on to your money and mark it, same time next year the price will drop to less than $300. I said the same about XBOX 360 when it came out last year.

on TV down here they showed people waiting for five days living on the side walk, it rained on them the wind got to gusts of 50 and they got soaking wet, then the doors opened up, people pushed and people were walked on and a few went to the hospital...and you know what, no everyone got one, because they are limited in numbers, on eBay TV said they saw one for $7,500 dollars and they has been rumors of them going for two times that amount....
NO it is not worth it, especially a lose of life for a game, that the company is purposely only sending a few to the country to cause a huge uproar, to create more sales...it is never worth it...
and in a year the people will still be dead, but the playstaion will be way down in price....no way..and if it does not come down in price you will not see one in this house...even at the original price of 499.99 is way to much money...come one people.to much is to much....
bu the more people fight for them, the longer the price WILL stay high...

Just look at how much they are going for on ebay!!
Cabbage Patch Kids did that in the 80s - not shooting, but fist fights. (which by the way santa didn't get me!)

the same thing happened over the cabbage patch dolls in the 80's and i think it is ridiculous! but i guess people need that "i was first to get it "ego trip boost i guess. lol not worth it to me.

yeah that seems a little crazy, if any console should be getting shot over its the nintendo wii....much better games and bargain..
