I mean home remedies, not going to a dentist to whiten them.
Thanks!

brush your teeth w/ baking soda or you could try using hydrogen perioxide brushing with lemon juice works well too but overdoing any of these (doing it more than 3-5 times a week) could damage your teeth

Try those whitening strips that come in any brand for teeth. They work really well!
And, i know this sounds gross, but vinegar actually removes plaque. When I had retainers and they were getting pretty gnarly, i just soaked 'em in vinegar for a half hour, and it worked like a charm. Try dipping a scrunched up paper towel in vinegar and rubbing it across the front of your teeth, then brush them like normal. They should look whiter (or at least FEEL cleaner) in like, a day.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries
but certain precautions have to be taken.

I'd recommend having them whitened by laser. Those whitening kits sold over the counter have the tendency to make you teeth extremely sensitive.

gargling with peroxide usually works...also Crest has that pre rinse that is really good for your teeth. It actually whitens and also loosens plaque to intensify the results of brushing. So good luck with your brighter smile.....
