Pros: He is a man of God, a man of faith. Therefore his values, morals, and beliefs would be in line with such. A wonderful thing.

Cons: There are always those women out there who are so shameful they will even chase after a married man of God.
God bless****

The only pros are that you get to travel around the country and sometimes places around the world and then you get to look cute sitting on the pulpit as the paritioners admire you.

The cons include late nights, always being on the road, working 12 to 15 hour days, not being able to go out in public without being bothered by people who want to chat with you (if the church is big and well known), and having to carefully balance your personal family time with the time spent with members of the congregation.

I would say the pros would be that you know you are going to heaven when you die cause there is no way he will let you go anywhere else. You get a good parking spot on Sunday.

The cons would be that everyone is watching everything that you do. You almost have to act as if you are super human and be the example to everyone.

My sister is married to a preacher and she loves it. She says he is the best thing that has ever happened to her because he listens to her and he cares deeply for her.
He is not judgemental towards her which surprised me. I think the only con would be that you would be able to do the things you used to do like maybe going to bars if thats your thing.
But he'll save your soul if you need any kind of redemption....lol

I can think of a lot of cons but not 1 pro.

I know this is wrong but I think of being married to a minister as the most boring thing ever.

Con: He's still a catch and most of the women in the congregation would try to elbow you out of the way.
Plus you have to entertain them and not show your displeasure.
You know where all the skeletons are buried.

Pro: In some religious circles you are known as 'first lady' and have all the privileges that comes with that title.
You know where all the skeletons are buried.

I really don't know, but I do know I don't want to be married one, lord no. You'd have to be at that church all the time , partitioning in all that activity and you make one false move and them old women would be all over you. Every time a social are just anything would be going on you'd have to be there stand smiling all time. I couldn't handle all that being watched all Time. One false move and all the gossip starts, I just couldn't handle all that, no way. They'd' want to come visit you all the time Whew lord no way. You life would be their life , no thank you.
