The other morning I was home from school and thought no one was home, I was in the basement watching tv and was watching one of my moms exercise videos and was just wearing only my tee shirt and ... well when i looked up my mom was standing on the stairs watching me, I have no idea how long she had been there, I hurried and covered up and went to my room and she says she wants to talk, I am really afraid to talk to her , I have lived alone with my mom for ten years since my dad left, what should we say to each other? She works at a bar and is allways coming home real late so I have not really seen her , what will she say!

She will probably have a hard time dealing with the fact that you are growing up and are maturing. She will be mad, but what can she do? It will be weird every time you guys walk by each other for a while. Until you both are comfortable laughing at the situation. Really the only thing you can say is the truth, because she already saw you. Just hurry up and get it over with because the longer it goes on the longer you will feel weird and be walking on egg shells. Just let her know, even though she might already know that boys will be boys and self discovery isn't that bad. Just remember even though you don't want to think of it, She has done the same and almost everyone you've met has. If you guys get into an argument, you can always say " you've done it too!" I bet that would end the conversation real quick. Oh and if she Denies it you know that isn't true. It's natural, just don't make it a hobby!

It would have been good if she'd said, "Oh, excuse me," and let it drop at that. As a woman who's had a male partner, she surely saw nothing that was new to her and should know about this aspect of male nature, which is normal and proper.
She should actually be reassured that you were watching an exercise video. If she reproaches you, remind her of the kind of G-rated material you were watching.
By the way, you don't have to talk about anything you don't want to discuss. If you don't want to have this discussion she plans, you can politely decline and tell her that, well, now that you're in your teens, both you and she will have to be more careful about locking/knocking on doors before entering.

OK, you've been embarressed. It happens. Talk to her. . . but let her do most of the talking. She is probably going to want to know what you know about sex, where you learned it, and to be discreet. There is nothing to fear. You mom has seen you naked before (probably not in that situation though) and she probably wants to clarify things. Don't worry about it. . . answer her questions straight forwarded without elaboration.

She probably only wants to give you a belated or extended "Birds and Bees" talk. Just listen to her calmly and things will be just fine.
After all, she's your MOM. She gave birth to you and knows how she did it ;)
EDIT: And try to accept that it is hard being a single parent...ESPECIALLY of a "child" of the opposite gender. She has to do the job that would normally have been your father's if he would have stuck around to do it.

you know, what you were doing is perfectly normal. everyone does it. i know its embarassing,but she and you will get over it. if i walked in on my 15 year old son doing it( and yes i do have a 15 year old son) i would walk back out and not mention it. if he chose to talk to me i would say what i said to you. its normal, just be a little more discreet. :-)
