I asked quest and they dont know **** about what is going on they said to cantact the game maker, yeah right like im gonna call 50 companies and ask why the "game isnt working".

This is a question to ask your internet provider. You aren't getting what you are paying for so they should fix it.

Check your settings in your modem, it may require you to add the addresses of the sites so the modem firewall will let it through.
Don't turn off your firewall, its leaving you open to all sorts of problems. Make sure your firewall is set also to allow these programs access to the internet.
