Where can I find design for Ladies dresses and evening clothes?

I want to make Ladies clothes and sell them on the internet.

try Hancock fabrics or some fabric store and pick a design and just make some changes and walla new dresses or gowns.

find a fabrics store close to you or buy off the internet

Can you cut a pattern? If not then you need to buy some patterns.

You can get them on Ebay and also probably other sites.
