Well, I'm a Texas girl, so I'd go with Plano. It's NOT in the middle of nowhere. It's very pleasant, actually.

I'd exclude Texas because I don't like the climate. Irvine is warm and sunny but hot in the summer; Bellevue is lovely in the summer but is wet and chilly in the winter. Bellevue has better access to cultural events because it has some of its own as well as easy access to Seattle.

irvine, CA! Plano, TX sounds like it's in the middle of nowhere...considering it's TX, it probably is. Bellevue, WA...sounds...uh..I dont' know. ahha up to you I guess!

bellvue, because it has a moderate climate, and will stay moderate even during global warming. there is also less crime when compared to CA and TX. less natural disasters, it also has a consumer price index between plano and irvine, combined with a comparitivly good wage
