Yes, I'm no follower, did that once and there was an explosion and alls i remember is hitting a wall.
I would rather be in charge of a situation then have someone else in charge...Plus i like a challenge and love stress, i feed off it....

Well, I'm way to polite and nice to everyone, in the hope people will like me.
A good leader should be polite and FIRM.....if he/she has to take a decission (after thouroughly looking at the pro's and con's, of course) for the better good of the company, he/she will do it, without getting extremely worried about what his employees think of him/her.
I WOULD be extremely worried.....absolutely NOT a leader's quality, on the contrary. (I always wished I would be able to learn to aquire those qualities, but it was in vane....alas)

yes, I work better alone than with groups and I hate to be ordered around, I do things my way and if people get in my way I make them move...I just feel like I can do a better job than other people, not to be rude, that's just my nature, all my friends agree that I am a natural born leader.

to be able to listen and understand the words and expressed thoughts of others... To be able to come down to the level of the audience... To be able to perform along side those you are leading... to care even if you do not agree, just because you're the leader does not mean that you have all the answers or that everything you sat is correct...

Ha ha... I don't like responsibility that much. I like to be carefree, which sucks because adulthood is just a few years away!!
Well, I try to be myself, and if myself is a leader, good for me, if not, that'll just prevent me from doing something... oh hell... Plus, it takes a lot to get me out of my shell so...

it depends on the situation. i wouldn't say i'm a leader when it comes to something new. but on stuff that i know very well, i have to admit i like to take over.
