She told me who she likes and i promised i wouldn't tell. i didn't. I asked a friend (she knows him) how he is like and she said that he's a math maniac and he's smart. Someone told my friend that I'm spreading a rumor about him and her and she sent me a e-mail accusing me of forwarding her secrets to her enemy. Also she said to teach me a lesson she's gonna spread a rumor about me. I'm so worried and i'm pretty emotional. Wat should i do?(rumors spread pretty fast in my middle school...)

I would tell her to grow up and that that's really petty.

Well, let's see, you could hack all her accounts and leave "Ermintrude is a big fat whoore who rides horses cuz she cain't find herself a MAN lol!!!!!!1" posted everywhere. Or, since you seem to want to remain friends with her, you could just tell her that you don't appreciate her spreading rumors about you and to knock it off. The latter will be more effective. Also, why are you listening to gossip from other people instead of standing by your friend? Are these other people more reliable than your friend? What are their sources?

You should try telling your friend exactly what happened. Explain to her that it wasn't your fault and try to prove your innocence. Try to get other people to back you up. Basically you need to find a way to convince her that it wasn't you and the information was leaked some other way. If she's really your friend, she won't spread rumors about you. Also another thing you might want not to do is tell her secrets. Revenge can be a nasty thing.

I wouldn't lie in this case. Lies always build up until you lie about a lie of a lie and then all your lies fold and the truth is revealed, along with the fact that you're a liar.

If you try talking to her and express to her how much your friendship with her means to you and explain that you care for her and would never spread a runor about you, she may reconsidder spreading a rumor about you.
also, if she does spread a rumor about you, dont give it too much worry. it will probably blow over and everyone will quickly forget. Dont make a huge deal over it either. the less you make a deal about it, the quicker people will forget.
good luck with whtever you choose to do

I"m so glad I'm not in school anymore. Trust me, 10 years from now this will seem so trivial. Don't worry about stuff like this, that will let the gossiper know they got to you and give them satisfaction. Laugh it off like you would 10 years from now!

Be the bigger person and tell her that if she was really your friend that she wouldn't do anything to hurt you like that. Also, if she's really your friend she needs to believe that you didn't spread anything nasty about her. And if she does spread something bad about you, hold your head up high and know that it's false.

this happened to me before, but it is not as big as it is cut out to be...just be strong and tell people the truth and go out of your way to make sure that people don't belive her rumor...everything will be fine...and if she were a real friend she would never do that.

play it cool. if she decides to be a brat about it and she does start a rumor about you then blow it off. when people approach you about it, just say...EH. SO AND SO ONLY STARTED THAT RUMOR ABOUT ME BECAUSE SHE THINKS I STARTED THE RUMOR ABOUT THE GUY SHE LIKES. BUT WHATEVER. THAT'S HER PROBLEM. and just keep your composer the hole time and people will believe you over the rumor your childish friend started about you.

just ingore her and whatever rumor she will spread about you. i know, it's harder then it sounds, but seirously, JUST IGNORE. and, belive it or not, most people know that 99% of the time rumors are wrong so they ignore them too.
