Its the same game with about the same graphics (the Wii doesn't have graphics that are much better than the Gamecube) The biggest difference will be how you play it.

The Wii version is played with the motion sensitive controller to do things like passing, hiking, stiff arming, etc. The gamecube version just uses standard buttons.

If you have a Wii you might as well get the Wii version to play it in this new and innovative form.

i feel the same way about the new controls. I love the Madden franchise and will only play them on the Wii now. It makes a huge difference and is so much more fun to flick the remote foward and see Peyton Manning hook up with Marvin Harrison than to just hit a button and see it. It really puts you into the game much better than traditional controls.

Not only the sizeable graphics difference, but you'll also be using the GameCube control pad if you buy the GC version.

I heard one guy say that after playing Madden 07 on the Wii control pad, he'll never go back to standard control pads.

The graphics will not be as good, yes...huge difference. You would just be playing a ported gamecube game.
