im a firm believer that you keep ur problems between you and your husband/wife.....don't say a word in front of others.
Remember...not everyone wants to know your business.

I certainly wouldn't blam my wife in public. I keep my blamming strictly in the bedroom. I hear some couples go to these parties with other folk though and they all blam each other.

Wanker behaviour. Not only does it disrespect his wife, it's rude, disrespectful to and uncomfortable for the onlookers as well. Oh, and it makes him look like a prick. Same thing (if a little worse) as your boss chewing you out in front of colleagues, which everyone knows is extremely unprofessional. Much better to grit your teeth and wait til you're behind closed doors than air your dirty laundry in public.

My husband used to do this too....then people would ask me 'Is everything alright with you?????' It did my head in, then the next time he did it in front of one of my friends, I said to him later 'Why do you want me to look bad or put me down in front of people, is it because you fancy my friends or because you wanna look like a f****** idiot?.....grrrrrrrrrrr He don't do it so much now, but when he does, I just give him one of my looks!!!! And he says 'only joking!'.....X

i actually know someone who does that. and for what he says is very wrong. I dont think anyone should do that to their loved one. Whether its a wife to her husband, or a husband to his wife.

I think that absolutely sucks! If the two don't agree, it definitely shouldn't be in front of others....

he is low on self confidence and wants to show u up so he feels better. Thing is it just makes him look like an idiot but he will never see it

If he is doing it to belittle her then his actions say a lot more about him that they do about her. If "the others" have anything about them they will realise that, and re-adjust their opinions of him accordingly.
