Use a mild hand or dish soap. Just make sure you rinse them very well, to get rid of any soar residue. Also it is better to let them drip dry, if you use a towel you will end up with fuzzes all over them.

Use gloves, and a spray disinfectant with bleach. Lysol makes a great one for cleaning, and bleach kills all kinds of viruses and bacteria. Just clean in a place that isn't airtight, because the smell will choke you out. As stated in another answer, soap and water doesn't "sterilize" anything. Even if you are using antibacterial soap--you need to soak the toy in the water for at least 10 minutes.

You can clean your "toy" with any type of soap that you normally use and water. However, they do sell cleaning solutions, too. You can buy them at the store you bought your "toy."
