Well, I'm going to give you a straight answer, even though your probably just trying to make us give you that. Ok. A boy and a girl have sexual intercourse, in which a boy's sperm attaches to a girl's egg, forming the beginnings of a baby. The baby then grows in the girl's womb on the mother's nutrients until it is ready to come into the world. Also, some men have there sperm taken out and put into a girl, or they donate it at a sperm bank.

Let's see..I was trying to decide if I should give a "real" answer or a sarcastic one. But then I decided..you can google it just as easy as I can.
So where do my babies come from??? Well..considering all three of my babies were born within one week of each other--9 months after my husband's birthday..they come from lack of imaginatin on my part on what to get my husband as a Birthday gift!

babys come from the womans vagina, if the woman has problems with the labor they also can cut open the womans stomach and pull the child out that way.
