Ok, many of my friends had been telling me with the ps3 you'd be able to rent any game from a video store and when you got home burn it onto your ps3 and have it there always. I dont think that itd be possible for copyright reasons but i was wondering if anyone had an answer for me.

Thanks again!

The PS3 DOES NOT have a burner but it has the ability to copy and transfer data. The PS3 allows you to store and transfer enough game data from the disc onto the hard drive to DECREASE the game load times but you'll still need the disc[s] to play the game.

Supposedly in the future you'll be able to download PSOne/PSX games from the Playstation store to download and install onto the hard drive.

on account that all PS3 video games come on blu-ray, you would be wanting a blu-ray burner with the intention to burn PS3 video games. A burner is on the area of $six hundred...or approximately 20 used PS3 video games. Is it fairly worth it? Did you even play 10% of all those PS2 video games, or did you basically waste a bunch of time/money on junk you have on no account even performed?

The burning software I like the most is Ashampoo Burning. It's 100% free and can be downloaded here: http://bitly.com/1lAVmAH

A burning software is a tool that you need to create new CDs and DVDs. To make them working properly you need to burn them with a good software. Ashampoo is a very modern and reliable software that I recommend. It has plenty of other functions (e.g. you can edit videos and create DVD menus)
