Even our local Video Nine has a "club" for people who rent movies often. Blockbuster has made a big publicity campaign about it.

I signed up for both to audition them. Netflix has nearly every movie that has ever been offered on DVD. I challenge you to find a movie available on DVD that Netflix does not have. I found that Blockbuster had a very limited selection. Not much better than the stores. The only way I would recommend Blockbuster is if you only like to watch popular mainstream movies. Netflix, hands down.

blockbuster......but they suck. I did netflix and then switched to blockbuster because they had a deal where you also got a free movie rental from the store every week but the online movies suck, unless all you want is either very new releases or b rated movies. I canceled that after 2 weeks and went back to netflix. best rental company ever in my opinion.

Blockbuster.com

We have been using this, and I really like it. You can either return your movie via mail OR to the store. When you return it to the store you can rent a movie from there and they go ahead and process your next movie to be sent so you get movies faster.
