Has anyone personally experienced Ayurvedic treatments like Panchakarma, etc.

There are quite a few, I know of a couple. I see someone has mentiond Deepak Chopras, there is also the Maharishi Mahesh Yogis (Chopras Teacher) http://www.theraj.com. And another popular one is Kripalu in Massachusetts http://www.kripalu.org/. I also know of one in New Mexico under Vasant Lad. The Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA and a few in Florida. I am sure that there are many, many others you could do a search to find more.

Yes! There are. I live in Northern California and the are a few here. I know that Deepak Chopra has a center down in Southern California somewhere. There are several others spread throughout the country. My ayurvedic doctor is based in New York so Im sure there are centers there as well. Search the internet you'll find them.
