either the switch,,or the motor may have went out on it,id check both of them to be sure,,if its heating up it should blow the heat out good on it,so your probably right is electrical on it,but check the switch first,this is the most common cause for that problem,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

Does the blower motor work? The hose from the intake manifold to the heater core may have gotten plugged up.

Put a test light on the motor to make sure it's getting power. If not, check the fuse, ground and circuit breaker.

Maybe a fan switch. If there is a funny smell when you turn it on it may be a bad heater core.
