Spray with 50/50 chlorox every other day till it scales off then spray it once a week to keep it off. Also spray the grout in the tile when mold appears at the same times.

Remove it. I usually leave the rings on if they aren't expensive because I hate putting them back on. Put it in the washer with towels that need to be washed and use detergent, a little bleach if towels are bleachable and start the wash cycle for a few minutes. Then stop it and let it soak. That should do it. You may have to take the curtain and hang immediatly to dry if plastic or dry on low heat in the dryer or hang if perm. pressed. The towels wash the curtain. good luck. If it has mold on th bottom you might spray with something first, any household cleaner and let it sit before putting in washer. OK?

In the washing machine as mentioned with hot water and lots of soap. I usually put mine in with my towels. If you aren't putting it in with towels, put it in with your whites and add some bleach, it will come out sooo clean!

Recently I bought a cloth shower curtain to make it easier to put it in the washing machine and the tabs don't rip as easily either. And there isn't any water dripping from it all over the house when I take it out of the washer!

Also, make sure that you pull your shower curtain across your tub/shower so that there aren't any folds for mold to collect on. Good luck!

Hi there,
as others have said wash in the washing machice !!! unless it got signs of.......
Mold, fungus, or mildew. These are vegetative growths which are caused by spores in the air. They thrive in warm, damp, dark poorly ventilated environments such as a shower area in a bathroom. In order to eliminate mildew you cannot just clean it away. Instead, you must kill it like a weed on your front lawn.

The least expensive solution to this problem (and more aggressive to surface) is common bleach, as a sanitizer which will kill mold and mildew on contact. Mix one part of chlorine bleach diluted with 3 parts of water, allow to stand on surface for 10 to15 minutes, agitate with a soft scrub brush, rinsed down with water, and allow to air dry.
TEST AN INCONSPICUOUS AREA WITH BLEACH BEFORE ATTEMPTING AN ENTIRE AREA. IF DISCOLORATION OCCURS, FURTHER DILUTE BLEACH WITH WATER.

IF ALL FAILS BIN AND BUY A NEW ONE !!!

If it's vinyl, it will tear up in the washing machine. Daily I use Scrub Free bathroom spray. Twice a month I put mine in the bathtub and let it soak in hot water and bleach. I hang it back up and let it "drip" dry.

Buy a bottle of baby bottle sterilising solution (Milton). Fold it up, soak it in a solution of it and water and watch the stuff disappear, it will also make the smells go away and make it go back to it's original colour - works for net curtains and voile's too.

Throw it in the washing machine with a little detergent and hang it back in the shower wet.

I usually soak it in water with detergent powder for about 2 hours and scrub with a tooth brush. That takes about 20 minutes for me. I f you feel that is tiring then put it in th ewashing machine, but that wrings and crush it.
Then put it in a line to dry.

throw it away and buy a new one is the best way. Is it the liner or a curtain with colors ,if it can be bleach, add some bleach to the washing machine water and throw it in

Is it plastic or cloth? If plastic, throw it out.If cloth,a washing machine with oxyclean and a good soak will take out ANYTHING!I am a fan of oxyclean(the real stuff, not the imitations),it really does work!
