I have heard there is laer surgery to reduce the darkness. Also there is a cream that says it reduces the blood vessel leaking that causes it. I don't know if either works though. Consult a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.

Sometimes dark circles can be caused by dehydration, so you could up your water intake, also sleeping with your head slightly elevated, massaging the eyes in the morning from outside corners of eyes to inside corners, and putting a damp warm washcloth on the area for 2-5 minutes....

For some ppl, just sleep more doesn't help.
I'm using AHA cream, Neo Strata to reduce wrinkle and dark circle.

Sleep lots of vitamins C and E and a good diet.

Cucumbers on the eyes and also the cold tea bags after you have made a pot of tea.

Just use lots of eye shadow in the dark circles, that should hopefully and safely remove the dark circles around your eyes.

fifteen minutes before u usually get up, go in ure kitchen, cut up a cucumber and put one slice over each eye. lie on ure bed or on ure couch for fifteen minutes and it should be gone
