Well My sister (xxvietweirdogirl) checked her this morning if she is okay, and she was breathing with her mouth open & close. So she placed her in the igloo.
In the afternoon, Clover was still breathing.
Now - She appears to be NOT moving, breathing && not responding to any at my petting.
She was really cold this morning and right now also.

You can never know she might be hibernating so maybe let her sit there for a while and see what happends. Ive had this happen before. Ive had four hamsters to die and I cried for so long. But think if she is dead and had a disease then right now she has been taken to heaven for another little girl like yourself to have and she probably misses you to but think if she did have a disease then right now she is feeling much better in heaven.

Yes, I'm sorry, she is dead. This happened to mine. I took her to the ER just to make sure and yes, she was dead. They said once she gets cold, it's been a number of hours. Mine also felt like a lifeless lump of clay. Rigamortus must have set in because every now and then she would open and close her mouth.

Ok. So you can see her right? She might be sleeping. Blow on her if she flinches she's ok. If not have someone else come by and make sure she's passed and then bury her. 2 out of 2 of my past hamsters died in their sleep with their eyes closed.

Your hamster isn't dead, she's pining for the elderberries that grow wild on the fjords. Is she a Norweigian Blue?

If she's cold, not moving, and not breathing... I think she may have passed away. I'm very sorry. I know how it feels to lose pets. : (

May her soul rest in peace, away from annoying humans who want to kiss and hug it - amen.
