Who Am I ?

Question

I have friends at school but when its lunch time I hide in Library and do my homework. I never go out with my friends outside of school.

Why am i such a loser!

I am 15 years old in the 10 th grade! I feel awful I tell myself only one more day! I keep telling myself everyday!

I did the same thing in high school! I had casual friends, but none I could comfortably walk into a cafeteria and join. I ate in the library, too. The way I see it, we make our own way in the world and you have chosen this way. Maybe you just feel antisocial a lot and don't feel like always being around a crowd? That's fine if you do. There is no rule about everyone having to fit in, and those who think independently (like yourself) will not follow in the flock of sheep. That is strength-strength to think for yourself and avoid the mindless drones all conforming to each other! Just don't hang around someone to be around someone-if you're not picky about your friends, you may end up with some undesireable ones, believe me!

First of all, you are not a loser because you prefer to be alone.

It is only easy for all of us to be social.

The fact that you were brave enough to leave your message here tells me you are someone with something to say.
Am sure your friends would enjoy hearing from you too.

Perhaps you are just not comfortable eating in front of others.
This is something that can be worked thru too but is no big deal or anything of shame!

Value your life and the days you have been given!

Some people like it best to be all by them selves.There's nothing wrong with that.I am like that.Some times i may be in a crowd yet b very distant.And no, do not consider u'r self a looser.U r u. so b like that.U don't have to conform to suit some one else's shoes.Then u loose u'r identity.So cheer up!!!What i think though u should do is try and come out of u'r shell.The shell of u thinking u r a looser is not at all hepful. Make one friend. Start to build a bridge. Offer random acts of kindness.If you spend an hour a day on the computer, try to spend at least that much time reading, or talking to your neighbors. Or, here's a novel concept, try and understand your parents.Grown-ups are weird people. But we're just holding it together til your generation takes charge.

I understand how you feel. Keep telling yourself to get out there. I used to sit with people I didn't really like at lunch, just so I wouldn't have to be alone. They accepted me, so I dealt with them. It took time to build up real friendships, and since then I have made some real friends. Try a youth group. Or a foreign exchange student. I host one from Germany.

I know that there are other kids just like you at your school and at every school.

Your same behaviors will always produce the same results. Take a step and do something different. Reach out to someone else and your own pain just may vanish.

Finish your homework at your house and if your hair is messy or not cool just cut it but not you.Go shopping to buy cool clothes or join the cheerleader squad or something but not something geeky.Hang out with your friends and if you don't have a boyfriend then get a cute one and showoff with him act popular.Why do you think I'm the 3rd popular girl in the school.

Who says you are a loser? Why hide yourself away? Is it that your friends have different interests to you? In that case, find something you can join in with. Don't go for fashionable, or trendy, just what you want to do.
