I don't really think there is a "best" as it's all down to personal taste. There are great writers in all of those genres ... but poor ones too.
My advice is to write the sort of book that you would want to read, whatever the genre. That way, you will enjoy writing it ... and if that's the case, then there's a better chance others will enjoy reading it.

Each of those types is interesting at any given time. I would say try writing a story for each of them and see which one you enjoy writing the most, and have other people read them and see which one these people find to be the best written. Then you will have some data to help you make a decision. The best thing you can do to develop your writing skills is to write, write, write.
Good Luck, this world can always use another interesting writer.

I do a sci-fi (psychics, mediators, super powers ect...) and comedy and action mixed in with either one. Most of the time it's a mix. If your looking try Jenny Carroll and or Meg Cabot for the series of Mediators(same person)The beginning ones are by Jenny Carroll and the rest should be by Meg Cabot. The first one will keep you on the edge of your seat.(only one I'm able to get to) Those will give you and idea. I write some mostly action.

1They would desire to start as a classic youngster with a classic life. (in case you dont understand the admired way human beings of his/her (character) age team acts, interview some. If the character is unpopular, interview human beings from that social classification, in the event that they are nicely-known, interview them) in basic terms be shure to interview the the final option age team. Then, something supernatural could ensue to them, it somewhat is rather feasible. 2. while the characters start up getting powers, they have a sprint exciting, yet quickly, there is conflict, like if a toddler gets magic occult-ish powers, why not make some demons come out, and impact his life, killing his relatives. the guy could have a motivation to purpose to save those with is ability, something like that. in basic terms upload greater conflict, and that they triumph over it in an the two smart of stupid way. 3. Make quite some flashbacks. Many writers do this to describe some issues from the previous, like him/her being traumatized. Too overprotective? Dont be. Writers would desire to alter issues around, upload this, upload that, in case you cant start up including or changing issues., Im afraid in basic terms very few human beings can assist you to

As you will learn with further reading and growth, the BEST novels in general are those that combine features, just like the great feature films or plays...there is stuff to scare the piss out of you, stuff to make you think and wonder, stuff to make you ROTFLYAO, stuff to make you cry, and stuff that will jog your memory for years to come, even if you can't recall specific details. Good luck!

write what you like and write what you know and then try to figure out how to make that marketable. any genre can work. if there's a certain type you like, start reading lots and lots of novels of that type. and write, write, write!
