I have with my last 2 pregnancy's and only last night made a wicked batch of chilli (I'm pregnant with number 3)....just be prepared for the burning ring of fire in the morning...lol
avoid these foods though...because of bacteria and listeria
feta (goat cheese)
brie
Camembert
blue-veined cheeses, like Roquefort
Hot dogs
Sausages
Deli meat
Under cooked meat like beef and chicken
Pates
Ready to eat cold seafood
Raw eggs and raw egg dishes
Raw seafood, especially shellfish

Sure, although as the baby grows, your uterus will press upward on your abdomen and it may cause you some "distress." There are really no forbidden foods during pregnancy, unless you have been told to avoid something because of a condition you have. Of course, for the health of you and your baby, please don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, don't use any herbal medications without checking with your OB, and for heaven's sake - don't use street drugs.
Good luck with your pregnancy, and when your baby arrives, savor every minute - it's true, they grow up WAY too fast.

It hurts worse coming out than it does going in... Remember that. lol
Seriously, though, if you can tolerate it, it's okay. Be prepared with the Maalox, though, because you're at a higher risk for heartburn.

yes you can, it won't hurt the baby
it may give you indigestion or heartburn, but will not affect the baby in any way!

the baby eats whatever you do. put hot sauce in your food, and the baby will let you know how it feels. not to mention the heartburn! put the hot sauce down.

if you can tolerate it...then use it. IT's not gonna hurt the baby, but you may get heartburn...have Rolaids on hand
