you should probably drop them and add good quarterbacks

Alex Smith is quietly putting together a very strong sophomore campaign. Also, look at the matchup. Tye Hill is a pretty decent CB (great for a rookie CB) but do you think STL will rather try stacking 8 in the box to stop Frank Gore? I don't, Arnaz Battle has come on quite well next to Bryant so I would start him.
I usually don't mind Favre to start but the injury concerns me too much.

I would start Smith this week.
Although Favre has a history of playing well when he is in pain, I wouldn't take the chance with his elbow.

You have to keep a close eye on Farve's elbow. Here in Wisconsin the sportsradio said on Wed. practice Farve practiced for awhile, but then let the other 2 take the remainder of sacks. That said Farve does well against Holmgren. WIll have to be a shootout for the Packers to win.

I must be crazy, but Smith is the better start this week...the Rams are struggling in the secondary.....and they aren't very good against the run, so Frank Gore will dominate early, opening up the passing game for Smith!

Very hard decision, Farve is a bit of a gamble, but I would start him. He tends to shine on Monday night.
