how do ipods work?

like what do i need? how do you download music? and whats the difference between ipod and mp3? do i need anything special for it? please tell me what i need.

The difference between an iPod and mp3 is that iPods are easier to use, they have more sound quality and has a more organized menu and style....very simple! You probably want a case, but that's probably it, unless you have a good amount of money. If you buy a case, you want one that protects the screen and the wheel. If you want more for your iPod, then you could buy a dock, so you could listen to the iPod without the headphones, you know, like speakers! I would recommend the iPod video 30GB. To download music, you can simply download iTunes for free on apple.com/itunes. iTunes is very easy to use too! It is very organized. To download music, you can either buy it off the iTunes music store, or import CDs. To buy it off the music store, you can get the money buy buying itunes music cards from Wal mart or anywhere!!

I am an owner of an iPod video. it is very easy to use, and is just awsome! You will love it!!! Trust me......it is worth the money.
