I'm looking for instructions on how to change the blade on a
Mc Culloch eager Beaver Super 2318. It has an 18 inch blade. I was looking online for instructions on two things.

1) how to change the blade

2) the oil-gas ratio. (the gas cap says oil-gas fill)

Can anyone link me to some instructions online?

I didn't have any luck finding what you need. But a safe ratio is 32:1 and 40:1, try 40:1, if it smokes a little too much, drop to 32. The blade is called a chain and the part it moves on is a chain bar. On the right side of the saw (with the bar pointing away from you) is a cover with two bolts with nuts. Lay the saw on its side and remove the nuts. Lift the cover and you will see how the chain and bar are fitted to the housing. Place the new chain on the bar with the teeth facing the same way as the old chain. You have to adjust the tightness of the chain, so note the adjustment screw under the chain bar.
