I am shocked at how many people think AFRICA is a country !!! IT IS NOT !!! Africa is a Continent !
I read somewhere that Rwanda has the highest aides problem. I could be wrong due to the fact that you shouldn't believe much of what you read...Especially here ON THE WEB !! AND especially since most of your answers here were AFRICA !!

Maybe they should be pledging the "large sums of money" to help people in *this* country. We have pensioners having to choose between heating and eating, and homeless families stuck in B&Bs because there aren't enough council houses. Thats two things they could start spending money on. We elect these people to look after US, not the citizens of other countries. Third world problems never seem to get any better, mainly because of the corrupt Governments in charge of many of these countries. The aid goes over there and the kids are still starving, yet El Presidente is driving round in a big flash new car. Hmmm. I'm sorry but charity begins at home and we have British people in need.

amsterdam has 100% aids rate meaning if u take a hundred random ppl off the street there every1 of them has aids. but i think africa has the most ppl with aids.
