I have not lived in London, but I have been there. What I liked about it was that there were so many nationalities represented. Every kind of ethnic food can be found. Public transportation is great. You can get everywhere relatively easy using trains, the tube or buses. There is so much to see and do. Its amazingly rich in history. And best of all, my wonderful partner is from there!

I am not from there, but have been on vacation for 3 weeks last year, and since I came back, All I am looking for is to go back. It is an obsession to me now. I really like the peace and calm we can quickly find in the numerous and gigantic parks out in the city. The transportation is great, non-expensive and gets you anywhere. People are friendly( at least when they know you are a tourist: I'm from canada!)

London is a true multicultural melting pot. It is said that you can find every spoken language in the world in London.
Besides the history, it is also a very advanced city.

It's not. It's overcrowded, expensive, and full of rude hooligans that drink and fight all day and night and do nothing else.
