BA - Bachelor of Arts or BS bachelor of science - 4 yrs (or AA +2)
MA/MS Master Arts/Science - 2 more years
PhD - Dr of Philosophy- 2 or 3 more years

The order:
Associates
Bachelors
Masters or Specialist
Doctorate

i am not quite sure what u mean but i think u mean like;
Associate-- is lowest degree
Bachelor--higher than associate
Master-- highest degree
