If you meant "walkin' down HOLLYWOOD Boulevard", it's by the Kinks, called "Celluloid Heroes", from the album, "Everybody's In Showbiz". Other than that, I'm stumped!
I thought of Green Day's "Boulevard of Broken Dreams", but that's not one of the lines.
