I am so sorry for your loss.
I too lost my bother this past year (June.) He fell asleep at the wheel coming home from work.
I still cry this day...especially seeing a picture of him. Like you said, time makes it easier. I lost my dad when I was 15 (6 yrs ago) Its easier now. I can look at pics and talk about him openly without crying. I still miss him dearly, but its easier. Talk about your brother with your family, write down how you feel- let your feelings out...dont keep them in.
Remember, he's not suffering anymore...

Allow yourself time to grieve. You should also consider seeing a counselor or attending a grieving group. A group will offer you many of the benefits of counseling but will also give you good social support. Many church and community centers offer such groups. Good luck...it's never easy.

It takes a long time. Try to help the rest of your family, they need you and you need them.

In time, you will be able to remember the things about him you loved without dwelling so much on how you miss him.

Sorry for your loss. Every one grieves differently. Don't isolate yourself, cry when you need to but keep close to family and friends
