I already know about Wii sports, but I want another game with it. I was thinking Redsteel or Zelda.

Zelda and Red Steel are very different games. Zelda is for the gamer who likes solving puzzles as well as putting the smack down on some monsters. Red Steel is for the gamer who doesn't care about puzzles and just wants to kill things.

Zelda is a lot harder then I imagined it to be. Not only does it take a little getting used to the new control system, some of the beginning quests are just too hard.
Once you figure things out, you want to hit yourself over the head since they are 'easy', but it's just too hard to complete such easy tasks. Currently I'm stuck like 5 hours into the game, and I have yet to find any help online, and certainly no 'hints' in game.
I love Zelda, and I've played almost all of the Zelda games, but I wouldn't recommend Zelda for the Wii to anybody who is just starting out in the Zelda series, or has little patience for figuring out puzzles. It's awesome though :)

I'd deffinetly recomend Zelda over Red Steel.
Zelda is an established franchise with a track record including some of the most popular titles in gaming lore and also produced by Nintendo so the control setup is probably a bit more refined. It's also been hailed by reviewers as amazing dispite the less powerful graphics, the best game yet in the series and the best release title ever.
All I know about Red Steel is that it's reviews have come out pretty average. If you want a shooter, get Call of Duty 3.

First to my friend rogo 1, you need to get a game guide to help you out with Zelda, i am almost half way through it and would love to help you get unstuck. But Zelda and call of duty 3 are games you should get for the Wii, also metroid should be a must for the wii as well as super smash brothers.

Zelda. It is the best. It is an adventure/action game that is a series by Nintendo. It features tons of items and puzzles. Definitly get Zelda.

dude. call of duty 3 is the AWESOME. go for that if you want a shooter....also Red Steel if you wanna take advantage of the wii controller and bust some sword swingin moves haha. zelda is a good option too...but i personally dont have the patience for that kind of game...I JUST LIKE TO RUN AROUND AND KILL THINGS. :)
also, super smash brawl when it comes out<3 haha goodluck.

it depends what you're interested in. the best rpg is twilight princess. Personally id choose red steel over cod3. the red steel controls take some getting used to and I've heard cod3's controls are better but they don't have any multiplayer. I talked with someone who works at Nintendo and they said wait for the cod3 expansion for wii. it'll be multiplayer. monkey ball is the best party game you can get right now. I've also played trauma center which is really fun.
