Four days? From the COUNTRY of Brazil?
It's about 4,600 miles, so let's say you had several people in a van and could trade off sleeping and driving. If you covered 1,200 miles a day (that's 50 mph x 24 hrs), you could make it in four days, but many people wouldn't want to push at that pace. So, divide the 4,600 total miles by how many miles you can cover in a day. LOL, it'd take me ten days, because I'm not one to rush like that!

Lot's of ambiguities here.
Where in Brazil?
Washington DC or the State of Washington?
Via Central America or are you flying the car in a straight line?
It is a lot more than 4,000 miles unless you meant to fly a direct line, or drive the car across the Caribbean Sea.

your biggest obstacle will be the lack of driveable roads between Colombia and Panama. The Pan-American Highway was never finished - there's a 54-mile gap (except for bicycles and ATVs)
A friend of mine from Guatemala told be Costa Rica is a three-day drive for him, so allow LOTS of time.
