small hatchet or a big knife, waterproof matches (if you can find them, otherwise regular), canteen.

OK I agree with weyboom about the water i would do what he said about that and take a Bushmaster Survival Knife and something to call for help if need be

1. Some water but if there is water nearer be use fire to clean it.
2. Fire starter (just in cause you can't find two rocks)
3. food
4. Some kind of shelter
