Maybe I can help. I've been searching for the past six days for a Wii with no luck at all until about an hour ago I called Best Buy and they said they had just got sixy-four units in and already sold half of them, so I will be going to get mine tomarrow. So in my opinoin keep calling every Best Buy in your area until you find one. They are still only $250 and are begining to go on sale sunday and monday the 26th and 27th. Best of luck!

Retailers are getting shipments all the time. I've heard other people say Toys R Us is getting more than other retailers and I'd have to agree since I got mine there.
If you don't want to pay more than $300, then you'll have to go retail. The Wii's I saw on eBay were all going for $50 to $100 more than MSRP. It's either going to cost extra or take some time, so if you don't want to pay extra you're just gonna have to do some running around a few days when you have a chance.
I got mine yesterday and the store was packed to the rafters, so with a bit of patience it should happen.

Nintendo Wii comes with Wii Sports ... best place to get one should be Toys R' Us ... got mine there during black friday .... in the middle of the day ... who knew they'd have some left over.

What are you going to do without games? ToysRUs.com has two Wii bundles in stock starting at $489. That's the only place you'll get one without paying too much for just a console.

I'd say you have to wait until the hoop-la is over and the next new gaming system comes out. Then you'll be able to get a cheaper one. Otherwise you can ask everyone to chip in for Christmas and buy you one.

Buy it from a retail store. If they're selling it for more than $250 you're getting ripped off.

Check out craigslist.com and go to your respective city (or one nearby). Look in the Electronics section or perhaps the barter section.
