Oh well, sometimes we just feel blue. It could be the weather or hormones or maybe you need a bit of exercise or maybe you really arent doing what you want to do with your life and sub-consciously its getting to you.
If it is serious enough to interfere with you living your daily life, then go talk to someone; religious elder, doctor, counsellor, trusted freind etc.
Hope you feel better soon.

Been there, done that! I am living better through chemistry. To be specific, Prozac. Let me state that depression varies from individual, to individual, and there is no "quick fix". I only know what works for me, and I can tell you that Prozac has helped me in ways I never thought possible. I am a much better person, and now enjoy life. I feel as though I've been given a second chance at life. Please see your M.D. for treatment options, as depression is curable. Best Regards!

Because you haven't analysed yourself enough to find out what is really niggling you and trust me, something is. You maybe aren't quite ready to deal with it yet, but when you get pissed off enough with being depressed, you'll do the work you need to do.

Don't think you need to be living in a mudhut and starving to death before you have the right to feel unhappy.
