The most boring thing for me is being inactive. You just sit there doing nothing,makes me sleepier than if I were active. When you just sit there, your pulse rate & heart rate slow down, and you get depressed easier.

The most boring: "What do you think of my poem?" and "What is the meaning of life?"
Best type: anything that requires some thought and to which there is no correct answer. Something that requires imagination.
